Managing Partner
Louise King is an experienced and passionate human resources and executive search professional who has specialized in C-suite recruitment for private equity portfolio companies since 2006. With extensive experience in middle-market and publicly traded environments, Louise has built and led high-performing search and interim services businesses, establishing a reputation as a trusted advisor to investors and executive teams. She collaborates with private equity firms to place transformative executive talent across a wide range of sectors, including industrial services and manufacturing, technology, consumer products and retail, hospitality, and marketing. Louise holds a business degree from Dublin Business School and a leadership certificate from Southern Methodist University. Outside of her professional life, she enjoys traveling, skiing, biking, and spending time with her family.

Jeff Resta is a seasoned Executive Search and Talent Acquisition expert with 25 years of experience in corporate and agency environments. Prior to joining CXO Source, he spent 15 years as a Consultant bringing Executive Search in-house specializing in Insurance, Healthcare, Technology and Semiconductor sectors with Public, Private and F500 companies. He has recruited for roles in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, Operations, Technology and Legal for clients like HCSC, Intel, Intuit, McAfee, and Amazon. Previously, he developed his skills at Korn/Ferry and Deloitte. Outside work, Jeff is a musician with a background in many genres and enjoys playing tennis and pickleball.

He has recruited for roles in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, Operations, Technology and Legal for clients like HCSC, Intel, Intuit, McAfee, and Amazon. Previously, he developed his skills at Korn/Ferry and Deloitte. Outside work, Jeff is a musician with a background in many genres and enjoys playing tennis and pickleball.
Selcuk Caglar
Director, Sourcing and Analysis
Selcuk Caglar manages sourcing, scheduling, and reporting at CXO Source, bringing 25 years of diverse industry experience. His background includes corporate banking, manufacturing, consulting, retail, education, and executive search. Selcuk has held various roles, from analyst to dean of students, now supporting CXO Source clients across multiple industries. He holds a BBA in Economics from Istanbul University and an MS in Management Information Systems from Texas A&M University. Outside work, Selcuk is a long-distance runner and triathlete (7 times 70.3 Ironman) and youth athletics coach.
